Global has been involved in the building, enhancement and maintenance of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and the interoperability of the LIMS to the National Data Repository (NDR), LIMS to the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and LIMS to the Logistics Health and Management Information System (LHMIS) in all PCR labs in Nigeria by building data exchange on either side of the NDR, EMR, LHMIS and LIMS through an Application Program Interface (API). Global has worked for International NGOs such as the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) and the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) to develop and maintain information systems for the health sector.
Global has also been involved in the outsourcing personnel and payments vendor services for Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). We have also executed projects in payroll administration, human resource management, and risk management for corporations and organizations

GHARL has over 5 years of experience working in international development using technology, with 3 of those years supporting HIV programs and 2 years of experience working on CDC funded programs. GHARL has been working in Nigeria since 2015 and currently manages a number of projects in close collaboration with International organizations.
